Winter Office Hours
Friday- Saturday: 3:00PM – 5:00PM

If our limited office hours do not fit your schedule, we are available by appointment. You can call the office any time. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message with a good time to contact you.

Please note: The bathhouse is closed for the winter season. A portable restroom is set up near the bathhouse for guests basic needs. Fresh water is available at our winter laundromat 9:00AM to 6:00PM daily.

Guests with reservations made before their day of arrival will find their name and site number posted at the winter entrance door. If you plan on making a reservation on-line for today, please make note of your site number when you choose it. Your site number will not appear anywhere else during the reservation process and it may not be posted on the office door if you arrive when the office is closed.

RULES & REGULATIONS

PETS:

Pets are allowed if you are staying on a campsite. We do not allow pets in our kitchenette units. All pets must have rabies vaccinations. Please have your current (with expiration date) rabies paper, tag or picture on your phone to show at check in. Pets must be kept on a leash and not left unattended unless in a camper with a contact phone number at office. Barking dogs are not enjoyed by all, and must be dealt with by owner. Pet excretions in the park are to be removed by pet owner.

POOL:

Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Use of pool is at own risk. At the pool and off - site, parents are responsible for the proper conduct of their children at all times.

CHECK – IN / OUT TIME:

Camping Check - in / out time is 12:00 noon. Kitchenette and camper rentals: In 3:00 pm - Out 11:00 am If you wish to stay longer, please stop by the registration office. We are more than happy to help.

SEWER DISPOSAL:

Disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, and paper towels will clog your sewer connection, please place them in the appropriate trash receptacles. To have holding tank products work properly, use only camping toilet paper and follow directions on black / gray holding tank additive. Gray water must not be discharged on the ground.

SITE RENTALS, CHARGES & GUESTS:

Site rental charges are due upon arrival. All guests not listed on the registration card at time of check - in must stop and register in and out at the office. It is the site renter’s responsibility to make sure of this, not the visitor. Visitor hours are 9 am to 9 pm (Sundays until 8 pm). Please do not change sites without first checking at the office.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 9:00pm – 8:00am Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00pm– 8:00am Friday and Saturday. Be very careful of your radio and television; sound carries in the summertime. We ask that campers contain their noise to their campsite space. What is good for you might not be good for your neighbors. We want camping to be a relaxing and refreshing experience for all.

RIDING BIKES/SITE PRIVACY:

Please ride bikes only on gravel roads – not on the grass areas. Respect your fellow campers by not walking through other sites.

KEEPING OUR AREA CLEAN FOR EVERYONE:

Please help us keep the grounds and bath areas neat. Do not cut or damage trees. Speed limit – 5 MPH. Report any undesirable situations to the office. Do not wash vehicles on our grounds. Trash and recycling bins are located as you exit past the office. Vermont state law mandates recycling for everyone. Thank you for using them.

STORAGE & TARPS:

Under camper and exterior storage is to be summer camping related items. Tarps are for temporary coverage to shield weather for outdoor enjoyment, not a permanent cover for storage items. No storage tarps for more than two weeks, and must be green brown, or gray.

CARS ON - SITE:

Do not allow your vehicle to idle excessively. Vehicles with loud exhaust are not permitted. All vehicles must have current inspection and be registered.
